Same-Slip Application
Beginning at the end of the 2025 boating season, members who currently have a marina slip may keep the same slip by paying a premium “same slip” fee, in addition to the regular rental cost, by November 1 each year.
The marina slip lottery has been eliminated and replaced with a timestamped waitlist. As slips become available, members from the waitlist will have the opportunity to receive the next slip available.

At the December 2024 Board of Director’s meeting, a motion was passed to allocate 10% of the slips as handicap.
When am I able to put my watercraft into the slip?
Watercraft may be placed into your assigned slip beginning April 1st.
How long am I able to use my slip?
All watercraft units must vacate the rental slips by November 1st.
Do I need a boat prior to obtaining a slip?
Yes, rental of the marina slips are only available to lot owners with a current registered watercraft.
