We start with two, 3-ounce balls of Chef Gordon Ramsay's signature blend of ground chuck, short rib, and brisket. Smashed flat on a thinly sliced bed of onions, smoked beef tallow, flipped, and seasoned with our signature beef seasoning, topped with two slices of fresh American cheese, and served on a butter-grilled brioche bun with pickles and mustard.
