10.01 Motor Vehicle Speed Limit:
No motor vehicle shall be driven on any street within the Development at a speed in excess of the posted limits. Appropriate postings of these speed limits shall be made by the Association. The Property Owners Association shall have the power to assess fines for the violation of the motor vehicle speed limits in accordance with the schedule of fines promulgated by the Association. Every such fine shall be paid promptly upon its being assessed; if it is not, the Property Owners Association may add the amount of the fine to the annual charge made by the Association, pursuant to sub-paragraph 9.03 of the Restrictions, and the amount of such fine shall be collectible by the same means as are prescribed in said sub-paragraph for the collection of delinquent annual charges of the Association or through the use of the sanctions prescribed in sub-paragraph 9.05 of the Restrictions.
