Lake Wildwood is governed by a volunteer, elected Board of Directors comprised of five members:

Keith Williams
Tamela Durham
In addition, the Board appoints corporate officers:
President - Keith Kinsey
Vice-President - Gene Maxedon
Secretary - Phyllis Dunagan
Treasurer -Steve Friedman
Board of Director Business Meetings will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in Arrowhead Lodge.
