GUESTS
Members must provide advanced notice to the main Gate in order for guests to gain access to the Development. This can be done in one of two ways:

• Contact the main Gate at least 48 hours in advance by telephone and provide the guest information. If the guest has been added to your lot using the Frequent Guest form, the guest will simply need to stop at the main Gate and pick up their guest pass.

• Give the main Gate a typed or hand-written list of guest names. Be sure to include your name, lot number, and telephone number on the list in case Security needs to be in contact. You'll also need to make sure you've included your guest's vehicle information (make, model, license, year, and color) as well as their address.

RFID TAGS AND DECALS
Automobiles and recreational vehicles must have the current year's decal applied by May 1st of the current dues-paying year or citations will be issued.

SAFETY
Please remember these simple safety tips to ensure you, your guests, and other members of the Association have a great experience at Lake Wildwood.

Speed Limits
Unless otherwise posted, the speed limit in the Development is 30MPH. These limits are radar controlled and strictly enforced. Remind your guests (including contractors and service personnel) of these limits as citations issued to them will be reflected upon your lot.

Burning
Before you burn, you must notify the main Gate. Do not leave your site unattended while burning.

Flags
Bicycles, golf carts, and other ATVs require a brightly colored safety flag to be displayed while operating it within the Development.
