Lake Wildwood Association was established on March 3, 1968. It is a private, gated community centrally located between Chicago and Peoria, near Varna, Illinois.

Lake Wildwood boasts two lakes. The largest, Lake Wildwood, is 220 acres offering boating, fishing and swimming. Lake Tanglewood is 18 acres and is strictly a fishing lake located near our private campground.

Lake Wildwood Association is a Homeowners association, governed by Restrictive Covenants, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations.
