Marina Slips

Summer seasonal marina rental slips.

Lottery Drawing for Slip Assignment
In the Spring of each year, Lake Wildwood holds a lottery drawing to assign seasonal slips if the number of applicants exceeds the available slips. Marina slips are assigned contingent upon availability and payment of lease fees. Members interested in a slip may be placed on the waiting list by contacting the Association. Once a member has been placed on the waiting list, they will receive the rental form in the mail a few weeks prior to the lottery.

Current Availability
Lottery will be help before the April Board of Director's meeting to assign slips.

A $50.00 deposit is due with the submission of this application. The remaining balance to be paid upon assignment of a rental slip.

Rental Period
May 1st through October 15th

Handicap Slips
Slips 1 through 16 are handicap priority dock slips and proof of handicapped status is due with the application.

How likely is it that I will receive a slip?
Slip assignment is completely random and dependent upon the availability of slips in contrast to the number of applicants.

If I own several lots am I able to enter the lottery multiple times?
No. This allows all members an equal chance at obtaining a marina rental slip.

When am I able to put my watercraft into the slip?
Watercraft may be placed into your assigned slip beginning May 1st.

How long am I able to use my slip?
All watercraft units must vacate the rental slips by October 15th.

Do I lose my initial $50.00 deposit if I do not receive a slip?
No, your initial deposit will be returned if you do not obtain a rental slip. Members who were not assigned a slip during the drawing will be placed back on the waiting list.

If I am on the waiting list this year, will I be guaranteed a slip next year?
Unfortunately, no. The waiting list does not carry over into the next year in order to provide a fair assignment of slips from year-to-year. This allows all members an equal chance at obtaining a rental slip.

Am I able to be placed on the waiting list for the summer in case a member decides not to take a slip?
Absolutely. Members who do not receive a slip during the drawing are automatically placed on the waiting list in order their lot was pulled. If a member decides not to take a slip, the Association will use this waiting list to offer slip rentals.
