Arrowhead Lodge

Member rental process of the Association's lodge for private gatherings.



Included within the 3,600 sq. ft. facility are a fireplace, 640 sq. ft. stone floor area, and an 1,800 sq. ft. dance floor. The outside decks and an adjacent patio (totaling 3,200 sq. ft.), are also available for use in conjunction with the lodge rental.

Seating and Tables
The lodge has 6 square wooden tables (seating 24), and an easy-chair/couch arrangement in front of the fireplace (seating 17). Also available for use are 10 six-foot folding tables, 13 eight-foot folding tables, white plastic chairs, and metal folding chairs.

A small kitchen area is available on the main floor of the lodge, providing a three-unit sink, stove, microwave, preparation space, refrigerator, and electrical outlets.

Wireless internet connection is available (provided there are no service or connectivity issues with the ISP).

Full Day Rental // $525.00
» $525.00 plus $200.00 damage deposit

Hourly Rental // $40.00
» $40.00 per hour plus $200.00 damage deposit
» 2-4 hour period of time
» Perfect for small get-togethers, card parties, etc.

Damage Deposits and Liquor Liability
A $200.00 damage deposit is required with all rentals and is returned if the lodge is clean and no damage is done. If Lake Wildwood has to clean the lodge, a portion or all of the damage deposit will not be returned.

If alcoholic beverages are to be served, a certificate of liquor liability (naming Lake Wildwood Association, Inc.) is required and a copy must be provided to the Association.

1. Verify Availability
Contact the Association Office to verify the date and time is avilable for a rental. This can be done by telephone or by emailing, or by using our contact form.

2. Rental Agreement & Deposit
Upon confirmation of availability, a completed rental agreement and $200.00 damage deposit must be submitted to the Association. If alcholoic beverages are to be served, a certificate of liquor liability must be attached to the agreement. Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy below.

3. Payment in Full & Cancellation Policy
The remaining balance of the rental must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the date of rental. Below is the refund policy for rentals on cancellations:

» Full refund: issued if notification of cancellation is given 60 days or more in advanced.
» Partial refund: issued if notification of cancellation is given 30 days or more in advanced.
» No refund: less than 30 days notice of cancellation of the event will a result in no refund of the rental payment.

All cancellations will receive a full refund of the $200.00 damage deposit.

4. Key Issuance/Guest Lists
A list of all guests must be provided to the main Gate 48 hours prior to your event. The day of your event, the member who completed the contract will be the only one allowed to sign-out Lodge keys.

5. Clean-up & Final Inspection
Following the event, a final inspection of the lodge will be performed and the damage deposit will be returned if no damages have been incurred and the condition of the lodge is satisfactory.

What is the capacity of the Lodge?
Approximately 75 couples for sit-down service and dancing.

Am I able to set up the lodge the night before my full day rental?
If you wish to prepare the lodge the night before your full day rental, you must fill out a mini rental application and submit it, plus the rental fee (minus the damage deposit), to the Association Office. If you wish to set up the lodge prior to your event (on the same day) you may do so at no additional cost (contingent upon availability).

I am not a member of the Association - can I still rent the Lodge?
Unfortunatly, the Arrowhead Lodge is available for rental only by members of Lake Wildwood Association, Inc.

How do I gain entry to the Lodge?
The lodge keys will be signed out at the main Gate only to the member who completed the application.
