Certified Mailing // AT COST
» Citations are mailed to members via Certified Mail. Mailing fees are added to the citation and must be paid-in-full.

Class I // WARNING
» If a citation is issued for the same violation within 12 months, a $50.00 fine will be issued instead.

Class II // $50.00
» Citation fine doubled for repeat offenses within a 12 month period.

Class III // $100.00
» Citation fine doubled for repeat offenses within a 12 month period.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is a citation?
Citations are violations of the Rules and Regulations of Lake Wildwood Association. Members and their guests must follow all rules while in the Development. If a guest is in violation of the Rules and Regulations, the citation will be issued to the member.

My citation charge is $50.00 - why is the invoice higher?
Certified mailing fees are added and must be paid-in-full.

I feel the citation was issued in error, how can I begin the appeals process?
See section M. 4. of the Rules and Regulations manual, or the 5-step process located on the right.

PROCEDURE
1. After a citation has been issued, written notification of said citation will be mailed (certified) to the member, specifying the citation details and fine.
2. If a member wishes to appeal the citation, the bottom portion of the mailed notification must be completed (by the member) and mailed to the Association Office within 30 days.
3. When an appeal has been received by the Association, the Office will notify the Community Relations Committee of the appeal and a date/time will be set for a hearing.
4. Notification of the hearing, including date, time, and location, will be mailed to the member.
5. If a member does not attend the appeal hearing on their scheduled date and time, the demand for a hearing shall be deemed withdrawn.
