Lottery Drawing for Site Assignment
In the Spring of each year, Lake Wildwood holds a lottery drawing to assign seasonal sites if the number of applicants exceeds the available sites. Sites are assigned contingent upon availability and payment of lease fees. Members interested in a site may be placed on the waiting list by contacting the Association. Once a member has been placed on the waiting list, they will receive the application in the mail a few weeks prior to the lottery.

» The season begins May 1st and runs through the weekend of the Annual Meeting (first weekend in November)
» Members meeting a 20-night requirement are eligible for same site camping (see below)

Primitive Sites // $200.00
» The season begins May 1st and runs through the weekend of the Annual Meeting (first weekend in November)
» Fee due with submission of application

Same Site Camping // $725.00
» Available to members who meet a 20-night requirement during the summer season
» Same Site Camping allows members to camp in the same site without having to enter the lottery each year
» First installment of $362.50 due by November 1st
» Second installment of $362.50 due by May 1st

Site Rental
The rental process must be completed at the main Gate. Daily camping sites are available as first-come, first-served with no reservations (I. 1. (q)) allowed.

» Member Electric: $15.00 per night
» Member Primitive: $0.00 per night
» Guest Electric: $30.00 per night
» Guest Primitive: $25.00 per night, per tent

Primitive sites may have a maximum of three tents per one site.

A maximum stay of 16 nights before required to vacate site.

Guest Camping on Holiday Weekends
Guest units will be permitted in the campground on holidays or holiday weekends only when sharing a site with a member unit (I. 3. (f)).

How do I join the waiting list for seasonal camping?
Contact the Association and provide your name and lot number with your interest in joining the seasonal camping waiting list. Your information will be recorded and a form will be sent to members on the waiting list several weeks prior to the lottery.

Am I able to use a portable generator?
No portable generators allowed (I. 1. (g)).

I received a site during the lottery drawing. When am I able to move in?
You may move into your assigned site beginning May 1st.

Where do I record my nights for seasonal camping?
A sign-in and sign-out sheet is posted at the main Gate for Seasonal Site Camping. It must be signed by the member both at the beginning and conclusion of each camping period. Failure to sign out will result in those camping days not being included in the usage tabulation (I. 1. (o)).
